If after receiving the order you detect an incident (reference error, missing a package, broken or defective product ...) you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
· Air waybill number.
· Reception date.
· Article reference.
· Number of affected units.
· Brief explanation of the problem.
· Photography (can noy handle icidents without photography).
Remember that you have 15 calendar days after receiving the order to inform us. We recommend that you thoroughly review all the items at the time of receipt. The warranty of the products covers a deterioration or malfunction of the machinery but not a deterioration of the product due to a fortuitous accident or misuse of it.
