CLAIMS AND RETURNS
INCIDENTS
We recommend that you review all packages and all items at the time of receipt
of the merchandise. In case you consider that any of the products has not
arrived in the optimal conditions, you must report it as soon as possible by
following the steps indicated in the Incidents section of the website. We take
care of offering a solution to the incident as soon as possible.
The solution may vary depending on the type of incident, the damaged item
or the reception area. After 15 calendar days after receiving the order. no
type of claim is accepted.
The warranty of the products covers a deterioration or malfunction of the
machinery, but never a deterioration of the product due to a fortuitous
accident or misuse of it.
If at the time of reception you find that the package is damaged
externally, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator
to verify that the items are in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to
the products, you must indicate it on the delivery note and contact us as soon
as possible. We take care of managing the incident. You should know that all
packages are heavy before they are issued.
Once delivered the order and after 15 calendar days without any claim, the
order becomes your property and, therefore, becomes responsible for any damage
that may occur.
All the articles that appear on our website have been designed and created
exclusively for our collection. We invest a large part of our work in getting
the articles displayed correctly and in as much detail as possible in their
corresponding file. However, the color calibration is different on each screen
and on each device, so we can not guarantee that your monitor or your device
will display the colors with full accuracy.
In order to correct these possible errors, the customer can consult the
colors, materials and units that are included in each reference before adding
it to the basket and finalizing the order. For any questions about any feature
of an article, you can always contact us.
RETURNS
Before finalizing your web order, you will have several steps in which you
can review or verify your order, so once it is finalized, no changes or refunds
are allowed. Changes can only be made in exceptional circumstances that must be
assessed individually, such as the lack of stock of an item or the
impossibility of serving it over a long period of time.
In case the return is accepted, but does not respond to a justified reason
or it is an error on the part of the client, it will be he who must assume the
cost of the shipping cats in order to be able to make the return effective. In
lso orders delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client must
assume the cost of output of the product (IGIC, customs clearance ...) for any
type of return.
We remind you that the return request period is 15 days from the date of
delivery of the order.
